WILL A.I.D. PROVIDE ME WITH A FORMAL FINANCIAL PLAN EVEN THOUGH I DON'T HAVE MUCH MONEY?
Yes. Not only will we, but we will insist on it. Whether you consider yourself to be wealthy or not, A.I.D. has made it a company core value to provide financial guidance to those that want it and need it.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST FOR SOMEONE TO GET A FINANCIAL PLAN FROM A.I.D.?
Nothing. Although our advisors and staff may spend a few hours in total, both in meetings with our prospective clients and in preparing their formal financial plan, we believe that the fees being charged to individuals and families seeking financial guidance throughout our industry has served as a deterrent to many. This has resulted in a staggering amount of people who have saved so little, if anything for retirement. A.I.D. wants to play a role in not only improving these numbers for the many individuals and families that need it, but by doing this, we believe that we can have an impact on our nation’s overall economy as well.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY A.I.D. ADVISOR AND HOW CAN I BE SO SURE THEY REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING?
Every advisor that works with A.I.D. must be highly credentialed and hold at least one advanced designation in financial services. Currently our team of advisors represents such designations as CPA, CFP, ChFC, CLU and CRPS.
IF I CHOOSE TO BECOME A CLIENT, HOW DOES A.I.D. GET PAID?
Working through both a Broker Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor platform, enables us to provide not only the spectrum of financial investment vehicles available in the securities industry, but also allows us to structure our fees and/or commissions in a way that works best for our clients. Fees and commissions are often a sensitive subject to many people and something that we insist on speaking about in the beginning of our advisor/client relationship.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY CURRENT INVESTMENTS, INSURANCE, RETIREMENT PLANS, AND OTHER SAVINGS I HAVE WILL FIT AS PART OF MY NEW OR UPDATED FINANCIAL PLAN?
As part of the financial planning process, our advisors will review what our potential clients have previously put in place and evaluate to ensure the current financial vehicles still make sense. We will be the first to let you know if our recommendations are to keep what you have, revise, or completely change any part of what you have previously implemented.
WILL A.I.D. BE ABLE TO PROVIDE REFERENCES THAT CAN BE CALLED?
It is always our pleasure to provide references from not only our clients, but individuals and firms from both the legal and accounting community as well. The only question we will ask you is, how many would you like?
